      • Physical Requirements:

      Mobility: This tour involves climbing a ladder, crouching, bending, and stepping on uneven terrain. Guests must have sufficient physical ability to navigate these challenges.

      Heat Sensitivity: The caves are hot and humid (you will sweat!). Guests with heat sensitivity should carefully consider if this tour is suitable for them.

      • Natural State of the Caves: The caves are in their 100% natural state, which means the environment is rugged and unmodified.
      • Dress Code: Please dress appropriately for hot and humid conditions. Lightweight, breathable clothing is recommended.
      • Adjustments: Your guide will do their best to make adjustments based on how you’re feeling on the day to ensure your comfort and safety.
      • Cooling Off: In the last cave, you will have the opportunity to cool off with a swim.

      Please assess your physical condition and comfort level with these conditions before booking.

      What to bring

        Comfortable Clothing: Lightweight, breathable clothing suitable for hot and humid conditions.

        Clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty or wet.

        Footwear: Sturdy, closed-toe shoes or hiking sandals with good grip. (No Flip-Flops please)

        Swimwear: Most guests prefer to wear their swimwear under their clothes to make it easier to transition to the swim in the final cave. If you choose to wear your swimwear, consider bringing a dry t-shirt or cover-up to change into after the swim. Alternatively, you can bring swimwear to change into before the swim.

        Towel: A towel to dry off after the swim.

        Water Bottle: Stay hydrated by bringing a refillable water bottle.
